Every since I was a little kid, I have been  infatuated with star wars legos toys. Obviously, it all started with the star wars movies, then the toys, then eventually the legos toys came out and that was it for me.

Now, I am actually old enough to have children that enjoy the star wars movies and I have had the opportunity to introduce them to the star wars legos toys and all of the joy and fun I had as a child  playing with them and trying to simulate the movie.

Naturally, I love to watch my child has he plays with his star wars legos toys for hours and hours, until he leaves the mess out and doesn’t pick anything up behind himself. This part reminds me of my father as he would yell at me constantly to pick up my toys, but I didn’t.

Yet today, I find that urge in me to say something to my son, but I know his mind is full of imagination and the force is with him tonight. So for this night and this one only, I will let him play and leave his star wars legos toys behind.
